BurkesComm is the internal communications app Burkes Intelligence built and maintains for Burkes Mechanical, Inc. employees. Find help below, or reach out directly.
Logging In
Your employee ID is your first and last name, separated by a period (e.g. john.doe). Your temporary password was shared with you directly — you'll be asked to set your own the first time you log in.
Forgot Your Password?
Reach out to your administrator to have your password reset. Once it's reset, you'll be prompted to create a new one the next time you log in.

Email our support team below with a description of the issue and, if possible, a screenshot. We typically respond within one business day.

BurkesComm is an internal communications application provided by Burkes Mechanical, Inc. and maintained by Burkes Intelligence, for use by Burkes Mechanical employees. This policy describes what information the app collects and how it's used.
Information we collect
Account information (name, job title, department/role, and a company-assigned employee ID); message content (the text of messages you send and receive, timestamps, and read/acknowledgment status); and a device push token used solely to deliver push notifications.
How we use this information
Exclusively to operate the app's core functionality — authenticating you, displaying the company directory, and delivering and tracking messages. We do not sell, rent, or share this information with third parties, and we do not use it for advertising or tracking.
Data retention
Account and message data is retained for as long as your employment with Burkes Mechanical, Inc. continues, or as otherwise required by company policy.

BurkesComm is an internal communications application provided by Burkes Mechanical, Inc. and maintained by Burkes Intelligence, made available exclusively to Burkes Mechanical employees for company business purposes. By logging in and using the app, you agree to these terms.
Permitted use
BurkesComm is provided for internal company communication only. Access is limited to current Burkes Mechanical employees issued an account; accounts are not transferable, and credentials should not be shared. Use of the app to send unlawful, harassing, or abusive content is prohibited and may result in account suspension.
SMS & text messaging
Employees may optionally provide a mobile phone number to enable SMS-based password reset. Enrollment in SMS messaging is separate from, and not required by, these terms or any other company policy — see the SMS Consent & Terms page for the specific opt-in details, message types, frequency, and how to opt out.
Availability
BurkesComm is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Burkes Mechanical, Inc. and Burkes Intelligence do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and are not liable for any loss arising from an outage or service interruption.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated from time to time; continued use of the app after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
